Does Anybody Know - Part 3

e-mail sent May 14, 2002

Hello again, Allison

I was disappointed not to receive the clarification that I requested, regarding the "garbage and debris" which was picked up on the Manson site. The witnesses to this procedure tell me that those collecting the "garbage and debris" were extremely selective. Some pieces were picked up, examined and dropped back on site, while others were bagged for removal. This is not the way that I collect "garbage and debris" from my property, which leads me to again ask for a clarification of just what was collected on the Manson site, last week. I look forward to your response. Thank you

Mrs. Cowbourne,

I apologize for not getting back to you sooner regarding your request for clalrification of "garbage and debris". My intent was to check directly with the consultant to find out exactly what type of garbage and debris was being picked up at the site before I could respond to your request. If you recall my initial response to you stated that "I was advised that it was "garbage and debris" that was being picked up." Hence, my intent to contact the consultant directly.

Again, due to the labour dispute that lasted eight weeks there are many other issues that was not dealt with during that time that has to be responded to at this time.

As soon as I speak with the consultant regarding this matter, I will contact you in the next two days.

Thanks, once again for bringing this matter to my attention.
